How to use

Read the instructions supplied with the pack before use.
Blow your nose gently to clear it first.
Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and press to spray, then repeat in the other nostril.
Usual use is 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril a day. The wash can be used more often if you need it.
After each use, rinse the nozzle under hot running water, dry it with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap. Do not use chemicals or disinfectants on it, and do not put it in a microwave.
