How to use

1. If you want mint flavour, empty the whole sachet into the bottle and shake well before each use.
2. Measure 15ml (three 5ml teaspoons).
3. Rinse around the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.
4. Do not rinse with water afterwards.
5. Use morning and night, before or after brushing.
