How to use
- Read the label and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) before use.
- Adults and the elderly: take 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.
- Swallow the tablets whole with some water or another liquid. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.
- Keep taking the tablets for 2–4 weeks continuously, as the effects may not be apparent straight away.
- If you forget a dose, do not take a double dose to make up for it.
- If your symptoms get worse, or have not improved after 4 weeks, stop and see a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.

Safety and storage
- Adults aged 18 and over only. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18.
- May cause sleepiness or dizziness – if affected, do not drive or use machines. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
- Reported side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps or pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache and nightmares or vivid dreams. If these persist for more than a few days or become troublesome, stop taking the product.
- If you take more than you should, contact a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner as soon as possible and take the leaflet with you.
- Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original package. Do not use after the expiry date on the pack.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
