About 33 days at one capsule three times a day, or about 16 days at the higher dose.

Do not use it in pregnancy unless your doctor advises that the benefit outweighs the possible risk.
Can teenagers take Colpermin?
It is not recommended for children under 15 because there is no experience of use in this age group.
Safety and storage
- Stop taking the capsules if heartburn gets worse.
- Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) at the same time, as they may make the capsule coating break down too early.

- Possible side effects include heartburn, nausea, a burning feeling in the mouth or around the back passage, and allergic reactions.
- Read the PIL. Report suspected side effects through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
