Decongestant nasal sprays such as Sudafed Blocked Nose spray are available without prescription for short-term use — do not use them for more than about seven days in a row. Sudafed decongestant tablets contain pseudoephedrine, which is a pharmacy (P) medicine, so they are supplied after pharmacist consultation.
