Frequently asked questions

How long does Vicks Sinex Micromist last?

The decongestant effect starts within a few minutes and can last up to 8 hours, so most people only need to use it a couple of times a day.

How many days can I use Vicks Sinex Micromist?

Use it for no more than 7 days in a row. Using a decongestant nasal spray for longer can cause rebound congestion, where the blocked nose returns or worsens. If symptoms persist after 7 days, speak to your pharmacist.

What age can use Vicks Sinex Micromist?

It is for adults and children aged 12 and over. It is not suitable for children under 12.

Can I use Vicks Sinex Micromist if I have high blood pressure?

Not without checking first. The decongestant is not suitable if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or an overactive thyroid unless a pharmacist or doctor has advised you it is safe.
