How to use

1. If you want a mint taste, add the flavour sachet to the full bottle and shake well.
2. Pour 15ml (three 5ml teaspoons).
3. Rinse around the mouth for 30 seconds, morning and night, before or after brushing.
4. Spit out and do not swallow. Do not rinse with water afterwards.
