How to use: Only used for inhalation or external use of unabashed skin.

Children from 3 months to 2 years old: Add 1 drop to a paper towel and get close to the nose, allow children to inhale steam
Adults and children who are 2 years old and above : Add 2 or 3 drops to the paper towel and inhale the steam. Can be used or added to hot water at night. Avoid direct contact with children's skin.

It is not recommended to use babies less than 3 months.
