How to use
- Read the enclosed instructions carefully before use.
- Cut or tear open the pouch and remove one gel sheet.
- Peel the transparent film off the back of the gel sheet and place the sheet on the skin.
- Cut the sheet to size with scissors if needed, use each sheet only once, and store unused sheets in the foil pouch to prevent drying.
