Who it is for
- Adults with an aching back, neck or shoulders who want warmth they can wear under clothing.
- People who would rather not take a tablet, or who want to use warmth alongside their usual routine.
- Anyone aged 12 and over who can apply and remove the patch themselves.
Not suitable for: Children under 12, and anyone who cannot remove the patch themselves. Do not use if you have previously had an allergic reaction to a heat patch, on damaged or broken skin, on skin that cannot feel heat, or on bruising or swelling within 48 hours of an injury. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have poor circulation (for example due to heart failure), nerve damage or loss of sensation (for example due to diabetes), rheumatoid arthritis, a skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, very delicate or sensitive skin, if you are pregnant, or if you are over 65.
How to use
- Read the instructions on the pack before use.
- Tear open the sleeve only when you are ready to use the patch. There is no need to shake it.
- Remove the plastic backing and place the adhesive side onto clean, dry skin over the painful area.
- Press firmly so the patch stays in place. It starts to warm up a few minutes after the sleeve is opened.
- Wear it for up to 8 hours, then peel it off slowly from one corner. Do not use more than one patch a day on the same area.
- Stop using it and speak to your doctor if your pain is unchanged or worse after 7 days.

No. It is non-medicated and contains no active drug. The relief comes from the warmth the patch produces.

Can I use it with a pain-relief gel or another heat source?
