How to use

1. On first use, prime the spray by pressing the nozzle once or twice.
2. For everyday rinsing: keep your head upright, insert the nozzle gently into a nostril and spray once or twice per nostril, then blow your nose.
3. For a deeper clean: tilt your head to one side and spray into the upper nostril, let the excess flow out, then blow your nose.
4. Use 2 to 6 times a day as needed, or as advised by your doctor.
5. Wipe and dry the nozzle with warm water after each use.
