How to use

Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
Rub a small amount onto the upper chest and throat.
Alternatively, put a small amount on a tissue or handkerchief placed in the clothing; for young children it can be tied to the cot, out of reach.
Never apply in or around the nostrils.

It can be used without professional advice from 3 months. For younger babies, ask a doctor, pharmacist or health visitor first.

Can I put it under my baby's nose?

No. Applying menthol-containing ointment to an infant's nostrils is dangerous. Use it on the chest and throat or on a handkerchief only.

What does it contain?

Eucalyptus oil 2.0%, menthol 1.5% and thyme oil 0.5% in a white soft paraffin base.

What if the congestion does not clear?

If symptoms persist, speak to your GP.

Safety and storage

Read the PIL. Report suspected side effects through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
Never put in or around a baby's nostrils. Do not use on broken skin.
Stop use and seek advice if a rash or skin reddening occurs.
Fabrics in contact with paraffin-based products can burn more easily: keep away from naked flames.
Do not store above 25°C. Do not freeze.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. If swallowed, seek medical advice.
