Is this different from Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil?

Yes. This product is a pure fish oil from oily fish and is a source of omega-3 and added vitamin D. Cod liver oil comes from cod liver and naturally also contains vitamin A. Choose fish oil if you prefer omega-3 without the added vitamin A.
