• For oral use, swallow whole with water.
• Adults, the elderly and children over 18 years: take two tablets, one hour before bedtime.
• Do not give to children under 18 years.
• Do not exceed the stated dose. If you take too many tablets seek medical advice.

Do not store above 30°C.

Hazards and Cautions

Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid alcohol whilst taking this medicine. May cause drowsiness which can persist into the following day, if affected do not drive or operate machinery.

Do not take this medicine if: You are taking antidepressant medicines, you are taking beta blockers. Seek medical advice before use if: You are pregnant or breast feeding. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use these tablets after the date shown on the pack.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Each Film Coated Tablet contains Extracts of Hops equivalent to 200 mg. Extract of Valerian equivalent to 160 mg and Extract of Passion Flower equivalent to 130 mg.
Also contains: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hypromllose 4500, polyethylene glycol 400, iron oxides (E172) and titanium dioxide (E171)
