Frequently asked questions
What water should I use?
Use distilled, filtered or previously boiled water cooled to lukewarm, never water straight from the tap.
How often can I rinse?
NeilMed says daily rinsing is safe; follow the leaflet or your doctor's advice for how many times a day.
What is the difference between 1 and 2 sachets?
One sachet makes an isotonic solution; two make a hypertonic solution, which some people use when very congested.
How is this different from the starter kit?
Both include the 240ml bottle; this kit comes with 60 sachets instead of 10, so it lasts much longer.
How often should I replace the bottle?
NeilMed prints 'replace bottle every 3 months' on the bottle.
