How to Use

1. Open the wrapper and unfold the pad.

2. Remove the two adhesive strips.

3. Place securely in your bra or nursing top.

4. Replace pads as needed to maintain healthy skin.

• Dispose of used pads in a household waste bin.

• Do not flush.

• Wrappers can be recycled with PP plastic (check local authority guidelines).
