Who it is for

People with sensitive, dry or tight-feeling skin who want a panthenol-led moisture-repair mask
Reactive skin that flushes easily and finds heavier formulations uncomfortable
Those wanting a gentle daily-maintenance sheet for sensitive skin rather than an exfoliating mask
Existing users of the Voolga / FuErJia (敷尔佳) or KEFUMEI (可复美) mask category who want the B5 option

Not suitable for: broken, weeping or actively infected skin; known allergy to any ingredient on the label; the eye area; immediately after an aggressive procedure where your practitioner has advised waiting.

How to use

Cleanse the face and pat dry. Toner is fine; skip strong actives beforehand.
Open one sachet, unfold the sheet, and lay it over the face, aligning the eye, nose and mouth cut-outs.
Smooth out air bubbles so the sheet sits flat, and leave on for 15–20 minutes.
Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin — do not rinse.
Follow with moisturiser. Suitable for frequent use on sensitive skin; 2–4 times per week is typical.

Frequently asked questions

What is panthenol (Vitamin B5) good for in a sheet mask?

Panthenol is a humectant and skin-conditioning ingredient that helps skin hold moisture and feel soft and comfortable. In this cosmetic mask it supports hydration and soothing for sensitive skin; it is not a medicine and is not intended to treat any skin condition.

Is FuErJia the same brand as Voolga?

Yes. FuErJia (敷尔佳) and Voolga are the same company — Voolga is the international brand name. So the B5 mask sits alongside the FuErJia White Film and Voolga 绿膜 masks. KEFUMEI (可复美) is a separate brand often grouped together with it by Chinese diaspora customers.

Can I use it every day?

It is gentle enough for frequent use on sensitive skin, and many people use it 2 to 4 times a week. There is no need to use it daily for routine maintenance; let how your skin feels guide the frequency.

Is it suitable for pregnancy?

The formulation is light and based on panthenol and hyaluronate with no retinoids or acids, so it is generally considered low-risk. If you have any concerns, ask your pharmacist or midwife before use.

敷尔佳B5舒缓面膜英国哪里买？ Where can I buy the authentic B5 mask in the UK?
