How to use
- On the skin: apply generously and often, smoothing it on in the direction of hair growth. Keep using it even when the skin has improved.
- As a skin cleanser: take a small amount from the tub, lather with warm water and use in place of soap or body wash.
- In the bath: melt about 4g (roughly the size of a £2 coin) in a tumbler of hot water, let it cool, then add it to the bath. Never put hot water directly on the skin.
- Take care getting in and out of the bath or shower, as the surface becomes slippery.
- Use a clean spoon or spatula to take ointment from the tub where possible.
