Frequently asked questions
How long does Cialis Together last?
The effect can persist for up to around 36 hours after taking a tablet. Onset is typically from about 30 minutes, and sexual stimulation is required for an erection to occur.
Do I need a prescription for Cialis Together?
No. Cialis Together is a pharmacy (P) medicine, not a prescription-only medicine, so a prescription is not required. A pharmacy-led consultation is mandatory before supply, and the pharmacist may decline to dispense if it is not clinically suitable.
Can I take Cialis Together with other medicines?
It must not be taken with nitrates, nitric oxide donors, riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators. List all other medicines including over-the-counter products, herbal remedies and supplements in the consultation questionnaire so the pharmacist can confirm there are no interactions.
What are the common side effects?
The most commonly reported side effects are headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, facial flushing and nasal congestion. Full side-effect information is in the Patient Information Leaflet, which should be read before starting the medicine.
Can I drink alcohol while taking Cialis Together?
Small amounts of alcohol are not expected to interact significantly, but heavy alcohol intake can increase the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure and is not advised.
How should Cialis Together be stored?
Store in the original packaging, below 30 degrees Celsius, away from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
