Frequently asked questions
How often can I use Cetraben Cream?
As often as you need. Regular use through the day helps keep dry skin moisturised.
Is it suitable for children?
Cetraben Cream is used by the whole family. For babies under 1 year, ask a pharmacist, health visitor or GP first.
Does it contain fragrance or SLS?
No. The pack states it is fragrance-free and free from SLS and parabens.
Why is there a fire warning?
Paraffin-based emollients can soak into clothing, bedding and dressings, which then catch fire more easily. Keep away from naked flames and wash fabrics often.
How is the 500g pump different from the 50g tube?
It is the same cream in a larger pump pack, which is handy for all-over or family use.

- Stop using it if your skin becomes irritated and speak to a pharmacist.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Store below 25°C.
Cetraben Cream is an emollient for external use. If your skin condition worsens or does not improve, speak to your pharmacist or GP.
