How to use

Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
Chew one piece whenever you feel the urge to smoke or vape, or before situations where cravings are likely.
Use the chew-and-rest technique shown on the pack: chew slowly until the taste becomes strong, rest the gum between your gum and cheek, then chew again when the taste fades. Each piece lasts about 30 minutes.
Do not use more than 15 pieces a day.
If you are stopping straight away, replace your cigarettes or vapes with the gum, then reduce the number of pieces as soon as you can. If you are cutting down first, use the gum between cigarettes to make the gaps longer.
If you find it hard to stop using the gum once you have quit, speak to your pharmacist or doctor.
