How to Use
Rinse or gargle with 15ml (using the measuring cup provided) every 1.5 to 3 hours as required for sore throat, oral pain, or mouth ulcers. Spit out after use; do not swallow. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a doctor or dentist.
