How to use

Read the instructions on the pack before use. For external use only.
Apply only to clean, dry skin. Open the pouch, remove one cloth patch and peel off the clear plastic film.
Press the sticky side of the patch over the area you want to cool. Do not cut the patch.
Each patch is single use and cools for up to 3 hours. Remove and throw it away after use; apply a new patch if needed.
Re-seal the pouch so the remaining patches do not dry out, and use all patches within one month of opening.
