 Ferrous Fumarate 210mg (providing approximately 68mg of elemental iron), providing a reliable source of elemental iron to address iron deficiency effectively. Other inactive ingredients may include stabilisers and binders to ensure optimal tablet stability and absorption.

Dosage:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Typically, one tablet taken 1 to 2 times daily, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years. Always follow your doctor’s guidance or the instructions on the packaging for safe use.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, constipation, or stomach upset. If these effects persist, contact your healthcare provider.
