How to use

1. Clean and dry the skin over the painful area.
2. Peel the backing film from one patch.
3. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin, smoothing flat to avoid creases.

5. Do not use more than 2 patches simultaneously, and do not exceed 24 hours of continuous wear on the same area.
