Piriton Children's Allergy Syrup

Contains chlorphenamine maleate for the relief of allergic conditions in children aged 1 year and over.

What it relieves:

• Hay fever and pollen allergies
• Skin allergies including urticaria (hives)
• Allergic reactions to pets, house dust mites, and mould spores
• Allergic responses to food, food additives, drugs, and insect bites
• Itchy rash associated with chickenpox

Who can use it:

Suitable for adults and children aged 1 year and over. Not recommended for children under 12 months.

Age restriction: Must be 16 years or older to purchase this medicine.

How to use:

Always read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Use the double-ended spoon provided. Do not exceed the stated dose.

• 1–2 years: 2.5ml twice daily (max 5ml per day)
• 2–6 years: 2.5ml every 4–6 hours (max 15ml per day)
• 6–12 years: 5ml every 4–6 hours (max 30ml per day)
• 12+ years & adults: 10ml every 4–6 hours (max 60ml per day)

Warnings:

• May cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery
• Avoid alcoholic drinks
• Contains sucrose, glycerin, and preservatives (E214, E216, E218)

If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C, away from direct light.
