How to use

Always read the product information supplied with the mask before use.
Place the mask flat in the microwave and heat for 25 seconds on full power in an 800W microwave. Never heat for more than 30 seconds in total.
Touch the mask with your fingers to test the temperature before it goes near your eyes. If it is too warm, let it cool for 1 minute and test again; for a little more heat, microwave for a further 5 seconds.
Apply the mask over closed eyes for 10 minutes, or for as long as your eye care specialist recommends.
If you reuse the mask within 30 minutes, reduce the heating time by 10 seconds.
Wash it straight away if it is exposed to food, oils, grease or dirt. Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air dry for at least 24 hours before the next use.
