How to use
- Read the label and the leaflet supplied with the product.
- Clean and dry your baby's bottom at each nappy change.
- Apply a thin layer of ointment to the nappy area, especially before bedtime when the nappy is on longest.
- Use at every nappy change to help protect the skin, or when required to support recovery.
- Wash your hands after use.

Yes. The ingredients are aqua, lanolin, paraffinum liquidum, petrolatum, panthenol (dexpanthenol), sweet almond oil, cera alba, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, ozokerite, glyceryl oleate and lanolin alcohol. Do not use it if your baby is allergic to lanolin.
Can adults use it?
It is made for babies' nappy area but is often used on dry, sore or chafed skin in adults too. Ask our pharmacist if you are unsure.
What is pro-vitamin B5?
Pro-vitamin B5 is dexpanthenol. In this ointment it helps keep sensitive skin soft and moisturised while it recovers.
