How to use
- Read the label before use and shake the bottle well.
- Adults (men and women): take 2 teaspoonfuls (approx. 10ml) twice a day.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: 2 teaspoonfuls twice a day.
- Children 3–12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls once a day.
- Ideally take with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
- Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within eight weeks.
