LISTERINE® Advanced Defence Gum Treatment is clinically proven to help treat gum disease and support healthier gums. It works by forming an invisible protective shield that helps stop plaque-causing germs from attaching to the gum line, allowing gums to naturally repair and restore their health.

Who Can Use It
Recommended for individuals 12 years and older.
Not suitable for use under 18 years without professional advice.

How to Use
Use twice daily, ideally after brushing, or as directed by your dental professional:

1. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

2. Pour 20 ml (equivalent to 4 x 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass.

3. Swish around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.

4. Do not swallow, dilute, or drink directly from the bottle.

Warnings & Precautions
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if:

• You are under 18 years of age

• You are allergic or sensitive to oxalates or any listed ingredients

• You have a history of kidney disease, hyperoxaluria, kidney stones, or malabsorption syndrome

• You take high doses of vitamin C (1,000 mg or more daily)

• The packaging is damaged or the tamper seal is broken

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if:

• You experience irritation or discomfort

• Your condition persists or worsens

• You are concerned about potential kidney stones

If accidentally swallowed in large amounts (more than 10 ml), drink a glass of milk or water and contact your doctor or nearest emergency service immediately.
Do not use past the expiry date.
