How to use
Instructions for use* : 1-2 capsules a day, take meals.
Children under 12 years of age: ½ 1 capsule daily, take it with meals.
Pregnancy: Before taking any food supplements during pregnancy, please consult your doctor or health doctor.
For travelers: Follow the general use guide 1 week before the trip. Take 4 capsules every day during the trip. Continue to take at least 1 week after the trip.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
